How it works
The mechanism, without the marketing
PRX-T33 is a professional topical biostimulation treatment containing trichloroacetic acid in a formulation designed to create stimulation with less visible frosting and peeling than a conventional medium depth TCA peel. It is massaged into the skin in controlled layers. Despite being marketed as "no peel", it remains an active treatment and can irritate unsuitable skin.
What we assess
The details that change the plan
Skin sensitivity, barrier integrity and active inflammation
The balance between texture, dullness, pigmentation and laxity
Recent peels, retinoids, procedures and sun exposure
Whether a low downtime course is likely to meet the desired change
Before, during & after
What the appointment may involve
Before, assessment: The skin is checked for irritation and contraindications. Active products may need to be paused and expectations kept proportionate.
During, treatment: The solution is applied and massaged in layers while the skin is monitored. Tingling or warmth can occur.
After, recovery: The skin may feel tight, dry or sensitive despite limited visible peeling. Supportive skincare and sun protection are important.

What changes, and when
The treatment is commonly planned as a course because changes are intended to accumulate. Improvement is usually subtle and focused on skin quality rather than dramatic resurfacing.
Limits, risks & alternatives
The part that should never be hidden
PRX-T33 cannot replace ablative resurfacing, lift significant laxity or reliably clear complex pigmentation. Irritation, dermatitis, pigment change and cold sore reactivation are possible. Peels, microneedling, laser or a simple skincare plan may fit better.
