I know what it’s like to walk into a consultation hoping you’ll be understood. I’ve been there myself, in an unfamiliar place, unsure, just wanting someone to really listen. And honestly, it can feel overwhelming before you’ve even sat down. There are so many treatments, new ones appear all the time, and everything gets labelled as a “miracle.” It can start to feel like noise. Conflicting advice, endless options, and that quiet worry that if you choose the wrong thing you’ll waste money and time, or end up looking “over-done.”

That’s why, for me, the consultation is the treatment. I want it to feel like the part that actually helps, not just a step before you’re sold something. Time to slow things down, ask the right questions, look properly at your skin, and understand what’s been bothering you, and what you’ve already tried. If a treatment makes sense, we will explain why. If it doesn’t, we will tell you. And if you’re not ready, that’s completely fine. The goal is that you leave feeling seen, heard, and clear, not pressured, not confused, and not like you have to chase whatever is trending this month.

I’m a Medical Doctor, and I’ve spent years working in busy hospital environments where listening properly and making safe decisions matters. I’ve also invested heavily in my Aesthetics training, completing multiple masterclasses and one-to-one sessions with leading specialists, so I can offer care that’s both skilled and considerate.

We are firmly against over-treating, and firmly against over-selling. If the best plan is to do less, go slower, or do nothing right now, we will say so.
