Every patient’s care is discussed at our weekly clinical meeting, and our Medical Director, Dr Carmen Enache, has oversight of every case, including those she does not see or treat herself. This page sets out who we are, how we are registered and insured, and what to do if something falls short.

Prescribing
Some of the treatments we discuss involve medicines that are available on prescription only. A prescriber assesses you face to face, decides whether a prescription is appropriate for you at all, and explains the medicine, the alternatives and the risks. If it is not right for you, we will say so.
Consent and records
You will be given time to read your consent form and ask about it before any treatment, and time between consultation and treatment to change your mind. We keep clinical records in line with General Medical Council guidance and our privacy policy.

If something goes wrong
Tell us. We would rather know.
Contact us first, on 07510 218640 or at glowworkslimited@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your concern within two working days and give you a full written response within twenty working days. If a concern is clinical and needs you to be seen, we will offer you an appointment sooner than that, at no charge. If an investigation is going to take longer than twenty working days, we will tell you why and give you a date.
Raising a concern will never affect the care you receive from us.
